Who we are
At joyeriasendra.com we specialize in selling watches online, offering you a selection of the best brand watches at the best prices on the market. How we do it and why are questions asked by our most sophisticated customers and our toughest competition.
The reasons are simple to explain. We work only directly with the brands and only with the best manufacturers, and we have been doing so for over 100 years. We are a family business now in its fourth generation of qualified watchmakers, servicing several thousand watches every year.
We have our own workshop and, among other things, we are an authorized top-level technical service for many brands in the industry, in addition to working with official workshops when necessary or when managing a warranty.
Providing this after-sales service allows us to be confident in the performance of the watches we sell, as we not only see what happens with the watches we distribute but also stay up to date with what the competition is doing. We can adjust prices because we are very confident you will not need to use the warranty, and for that reason, we extend it to 3 years.
They are machines and can fail; the law protects you in those cases. However, our products are original, only from the best brands, and they are inspected upon receipt from suppliers. Our rate of processed warranties is anecdotal.
For example, few stores can tell you that they check the accuracy of automatic watches upon receipt and before shipping them, using a state-of-the-art timegrapher to ensure they meet the strict quality standards of Swiss brands. We filter out any product that, due to manufacturing or shipping reasons, is not in perfect condition—even if it appears flawless to the naked eye, we don’t settle for that alone.
