Warranties
The legal warranty, which in Europe must be provided by the seller, is 2 years. However, it is the manufacturers who are responsible to the distributor for this warranty. At JOYERIASENDRA.com we offer you the 2 years of the manufacturer's official international warranty, which you can claim at any official point of sale or service center worldwide, plus an additional extra year to show you our commitment.
The warranty protects you as a consumer against a defective product or misleading or fraudulent advertising. We guarantee the durability of our products under normal, everyday use that any person would give to their watch. The warranty does not cover battery (cell) replacements, straps, or other spare parts, nor accidents or improper use.
Important considerations
- If the watch is waterproof, you must provide proper maintenance to preserve its water resistance warranty.
- If the watch suffers excessive wear, scratches, or impacts, and improper use is determined, the warranty may be voided.
Aside from these considerations, and taking into account the extremely high quality of the watches we distribute and our additional quality control, the likelihood of needing to use this warranty is very small. Even so, watches are machines, and like all machines they can fail, which is why you receive your JOYERIASENDRA.com 2+1 warranty.
If by any chance your watch fails and stops working properly, please make sure it is not the battery. If the watch is solar, like CASIO’s Tough Solar models or all Citizen’s ECODRIVE models, leave it in direct sunlight for at least an entire day to recharge.
Common problems
If the watch is within its first 2 years, you can take it to any authorized point of sale or contact us to send it directly to the Technical Assistance Service (T.A.S.).
If an authorized point near you refuses to take care of it, remember that you have the right to inform the manufacturer. We handle hundreds of warranties every year, even for watches we have not sold, to offer you the best possible service.
Shipping costs
The warranty service involves shipping costs, but we subsidize these expenses.: If you send us the watch, we will only charge you €4 to return it to you. or we send it freight collect (more expensive).
Third year of warranty
Only valid for watches sold by us with our stamped warranty and receipt or invoice. You send us the watch and we handle everything, with a symbolic cost of €4 for you.
This measure avoids unnecessary headaches when the problem is, for example, a battery change.
